In the Whole30 book, days four and five are labelled “Kill All The Things.” Kind of a funny name, right?

Wrong. There’s nothing funny about this.

WHAT I ATE

Breakfast:
Kale, sweet potato, egg hash with hot sauce

Lunch:
Leftover carnitas on chopped romaine lettuce (as a salad) with red wine vinegar and olive oil dressing

Post-workout:
Larabar

Dinner:
Spaghetti squash
Spaghetti sauce with green peppers, onions and ground beef
Seltzer water
